Using Cubee

These terms apply to Cubee: Jump & Flip and cubee.youmake.dev, provided by Khalid Baba. By using the game or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them. If you are not old enough to agree under the laws that apply to you, a parent or guardian must review and agree on your behalf.

Permission to play

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. The game, branding, code, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Fair use

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or copy and redistribute the game without permission. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law gives you and does not allow us to exclude.

Scores and saved progress

Progress is saved locally. Clearing browser data, deleting the app, changing devices, or technical problems may remove it. Cloud backup or recovery of progress by us is not available. Scores are for entertainment and have no monetary value.

Advertising

The iOS app may display third-party banner advertising during gameplay. Ads require a connection and may not always be available. Third-party destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You do not need to interact with an ad to play.

Payments and platform terms

The current game has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any download transaction through an app store is subject to that store’s terms and applicable consumer rights. For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate license is supplied with the app. These website and service terms do not replace that license.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local game storage, website hosting, and support information.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features or the website. We aim to keep Cubee working, but do not promise uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game and website are provided as available without additional warranties. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable conduct.

Stopping use and updated terms

You can stop using the game at any time. We may restrict access to the website where necessary to address abuse or unlawful use. If these terms change, we will update this page and its date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law.
